  • Founder

    Sri P. Kaverappa is the founder, chairman ofAprameya Properties Pvt. Ltd. He was an industry pioneer in creating private residential layouts in Bangalore in the year 1991, and has grown Aprameyainto a developer of premiumresidential gated communities and layouts. These layouts in Rajarajeshwari Nagar and Uttarahalli in south Bangalore have turned into landmarks and are known to people of the city as Kaverappa layouts.

    Sri Kaverappa inspired the creation of Aprameya which is managed by his son Sri K Prasanna. Kaverappa layouts have benefitted over 10,000 families who enjoying safe and serene environs.

    Kaverappa started his foray into construction business under renowned city planner and builder Padmashree Sri R.M.B. Aradhya. Between 1970 and 1996. After 26 years, Kaverappa made his debut into construction independently.

    Kaverappa was born on 10 June 1956. He is a leading citizen of Bangalore and is consulted regularly on layout formation and planning. He speaks at various city realtors’ forums.
